Meet Our Doctors & Staff
Dr. Christopher Udina
Dr. Christopher Udina, O.D. is originally from Northwest New Jersey. He attended Muhlenberg College for his undergraduate studies where he graduated with a BS in Biology. He then went on to earn an additional BS and his Doctor of Optometry degree at the Pennsylvania College of Optometry.
He has been with the practice since 2003 and is certified to diagnose and treat Primary Open Angle Glaucoma, as well as, many other eye related diseases. He focuses on primary care for all ages, but also has an affinity for fitting contact lenses and pediatrics.
He has served on the board of directors for the New Hampshire Optometric Association. He has also done eye care mission work in Guatemala.
Dr. Alyssa Jann
Dr. Alyssa Jann, O.D. is originally from Westford, MA. She attended Quinnipiac University in Connecticut for her undergraduate studies where she majored in Health Science Studies and Marketing. She then attended Optometry School at The New England College of Optometry in Boston, MA.
New to the practice, Dr. Jann has experienced a wide range of eye care, training at the Manchester Veterans Affairs Hospital, Tufts Floating Children’s Hospital, Tallman Eye Associates, as well as East Boston Health Center.
She is excited to treat new and old patients of all ages and is especially interested in Contact Lenses and Pediatrics. She is also licensed to treat and diagnose Primary Open Angle Glaucoma.
Dr. Raymond Chew, OD, FAAO
Dr. Chew recently joined our practice in 2016 and is available to see patients on Monday’s from 7:00-5:00. Dr. Chew grew up in San Francisco, California and attended high school and undergraduate school in California.
He has practiced in New Hampshire since he graduated from the New England College of Optometry in 2002 and completed his residency at the Manchester VAMC in New Hampshire in 2003. He is adjunct faculty at the New England College of Optometry and the Pennsylvania College of Optometry. He is a fellow of the American Academy of Optometry.
Dr.Chew practices primary care optometry for children and adults with an emphasis in ocular disease such as Diabetic Eye Exams, Glaucoma, Dry Macular Degeneration, Dry Eye and Red Eye. Dr. Chew resides in Hooksett, NH with his wife and three daughters. He enjoys cooking and woodworking in his spare time.
Dr. Joseph P. Larochelle
Dr. Joseph P. Larochelle, O.D. received his Bachelor of Science degree from Fairfield University and Doctor of Optometry degree from Pennsylvania College of Optometry. He began practice in Concord in 1978 and founded Concord Family Vision Center.
He has been a long time supporter of the Concord YMCA. He has done eye missions in Tobago and currently does eye care for needy people annually via the NH Lions Club as well as Vision USA.
He fits contact lenses of all types and is a member of the AOA contact lens section. He is currently a preceptor for the Pennsylvania College of Optometry/Salus University.

At Concord Family Vision, Dr. Christopher Udina and our entire Concord optometry team are committed to providing advanced vision care in a professional and comfortable environment. As an optometrist in Concord, our primary eye care service includes a complete eye exam that analyzes eye health and vision function. In addition to eye exams and vision testing, Dr. Udina and our team of optometry professionals provide testing for glaucoma, cataracts and macular degeneration. Our Concord optometrist also offers glasses, contact lenses, and pre- and post-operative care.
